While enrolled in a Health Factor Weight Loss program, you will visit with a health coach once a week at a time that is convenient for you. During each visit we will do a complete body composition analysis which will identify muscle weight, water weigh and total fat mass. You will also be evaluated for hunger cravings and energy level. Based on this detailed review of your metabolic system, the health coach will make changes to either your food plan or you supplement plan or both. The goal each week is to be sure you are losing weight without being hungry or excessively tired. It is our job to eliminate your hunger and cravings so that your old favorite foods no longer tempt you.
