We’d like for you to start the day with 60 countertop push ups before you eat to help get the metabolism going. Then, we encourage you to take in some protein and healthy fats for breakfast. Protein and vegetables for lunch and a small portion of protein and complex carbs for dinner. And remember, no sugar, no fruit.
